• 76 | Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes

"A wonderful retro experience that comes close to Suikoden quality but lacks in all comparable segments. With one of the best soundtracks of this year, do not let this one pass you (if you want that recipe of old-school PS1 JRPGs)."
  • 87 | Resident Evil 4 Remake

"The best action-oriented RE title, and one of the best action horrors you can play. Combine with one of the best remakes and you have a must-buy title. The only minus is Ada’s voice-acting, that should be suable."
  • 85 | Persona 3 Reload

"A well-done remake and an awesome Persona game. There is just something about that school life and social aspect that Persona games seems to nail down perfectly."

How often do we get spiritual successors of our favourite franchises? For all Suikoden fans out there – Eiyuden is here, and it is truly what we’ve been all waiting for, minus some hiccups here and there.

If you're up to the best version of RE4, and you really like that game – the remake will fulfill all of your dreams. It’s one of the best remakes out there which took care of the original in a way that it's meant to be done.

A new Persona 5, called Persona 3, is waiting just in front of your doorstep. If you want to experience Atlus in its prime when it comes to turn-based JRPG experience, this is just the perfect game for you!

A remake with a powerful nostalgia trip ruined by the bloated open-world activities and attempt to change the story, which just left more questions out in the open. Fan-service is not always the best thing.

It's like they want to make even simpler button mashers without any satisfaction nor exploration. And when was it popular to grind for an eternity to finish the story? Welcome to the beautiful sky kingdom of grind and questionable decisions.

How many are you eager to control Kiryu again? In a form a spin-off, the new Like a Dragon game is out and it’s made using the older style of the fist-fighting button masher. And it’s good!

EA Sports, it's… Nope, not that one! For the second time in a row EA managed to nail the single player formula. It seems like the force is working for them, but one must be aware that the technical performance is also a big part of the experience.

Don't you sometimes feel like you're in the loop? I know I do. Alan also thought that and look where that got him. The second instalment will make you question both your and his sanity, because nothing is how it seems. Except the quality of the game.

How often do we play remakes of the games we used and still love? I would say quite often – this year and the recent gaming history shows that remakes and remasters are flooding the market. But this one is simply brilliant!

Review | Sea Of Stars

A nostalgic trip that really counts on the nostalgia rather than introducing what Chrono Trigger and such had at these times. Sea of Stars is a love letter to what we all wanted, but failed to deliver to its full extent.
