The Callisto Protocol Trophy Guide & Roadmap
Welcome to another space sci-fi horror adventure! From the ex-development crew of Dead Space games, here comes The Callisto Protocol. You will be controling Jacob, who got caught in between the alien DNA escavations that lead to disasterous effects on humans. Try to survive!
Easy difficulty exploit
There is an easy way to get the platinum, and the regular, but hard way. Basically, you can start your New Game on Maximum Security difficutly, then when you get control swithc to Minimum Security. If you beat the whole game like this and beat the final boss - there is an auto-save and save opportunity after the last boss where you can switch back to Maximum Security. You can do so, save, load that save and just finish the sequence after the last boss.
If it doesn't work, load the save after the credits again, and finish that sequence for the trophy to unlock.
This still works on patch 1.05, but be careful, if they patch it up, you will probably have to replay the game from start as usually changing difficulty voids trophies like these. I will do the guide the regular way and share all of chapters including the full gameplay, tips and collectibles, so if they patch it up - this is what you can follow.
Step 1 - Beat the game on Maximum Difficulty while collecting all data logs in a single playthrough, or collect everything on Minimum Security and just repeat the game on Maximum without worrying about colletibles
It's not so hard to beat the game on Maximum Security. There are checkpoints literally almost after every enemy section, making this easy to repeat. I would advise you to keep a manual save at the start of the each chapter, so you can load them up if you've missed some combat trophy or some collectible. If you miss a single log, you will have to repeat the whole game. There is no NG+ at this point, and the data logs trophy only unlocks in you have all logs (well, expect the last one) in a single playthrough.
You can check your data logs by pressing the D-pad UP, and switch inventory tab to check the logs out.
Data Log Glitch note - Couple of data logs can dissapear if you collect them and die before reaching the next auto-save point. There are some points where you collect a data log, the game auto-saves and if you die, you start from that auto-save without the log. If that happens you need to load some earlier auto-save or a manual save and repeat the section while reaching some further auto-save point. Always check your inventory for logs to pinpoint if you miss some.
I will note miscelaneous trophies chronologically per chapter and how to unlock them. Repeating checkpoints can be done for farm them easily:
Mugshot trophy (simply make a photo through Photo Mode).
Flesh Wound Trophy (Tear both limbs from a living enemy - impossible that you will miss this during your playthrough. Melee attack enemies, or shoot their limbs)
Float Like A Butterfly trophy - 5 perfect dodges (DO NOT hold left analogue; tilt it when an enemy is about to hit. If it slows time, you made one perfect dodge. Repeat chapter 2 where you fight only 1 enemy until you get it out of the way)
The Commonality trophy - You need logs on Chapter 3 and Chapter 6 from secret rooms
Get a Grip trophy (grip 25 enemies with your GRP glove) - Chapter 3, after getting the GRP Glove weapon
Workplace Hazard trophy (Use GRP to kill an enemy by throwing them into an environmental hazard) - Chapter 3, after getting the GRP Glove weapon
Chew ‘Em Up trophy (Kill ten enemies with environmental hazards) - Chapter 3, after getting the GRP Glove weapon
In Striking Distance trophy (weaken enemy, toss it into a wall, and finish with your next melee attack. You might want to find a better location where there are less enemies) - Chapter 3, after getting the GRP Glove weapon
Terminated trophy (kill the sentry bot by shooting his head) - Chapter 3, at the end, really hard to miss
You Need a Gun trophy (save your credits, around Chapter 6 you can save, upgrade 1 weapon fully, and load to save credits after you do).
Giving Back trophy - You need 5 stealh kills on blind enemies. You can combine through Chapter 6 with the blind enemies
Weapon blueprints, weapons, ammo drops
Inventory is very limited. You start with 4, and after half of the game there will be more slots. It's still really tight. It's enough to carry 1 Health recovery, 1-2 Batteries (they cannot be crafted), sellable items and ammo (ammo can be crafted). Sell on workstations whatever you don't need.
If you pick up a blueprint for a new weapon, you need to carry it back to workstation to develop the weapon. If you do, enemies and pickups across the game will start giving you ammo for that weapon. Avoid crafting "Skunk Gun" and "Tactical Pistol" if you play on Maxium Security, they are not worth it. If you pick up a blueprint, drop it from your inventory before reaching the workstation.
Always kill enemies using melee - it's easy to avoid, and that will give you ammo, plus credits, while you spend nothing. Dodging is easy - when an enemy starts the attack, either hold your left analogue to the right or left. When you dodge, switch the side (if you started from the right, till left next). Keep dodging until an enemy stops, then you can attack. When you expand your hit count with melee upgrades, you can chain combos that finish with R1 heavy attack, after which you can start your new chain before an enemy is up, making them staggered all the time.
Upgrade your melee weapon, left branch 3 points, middle 1 point, right tree 2 points. That is enough.
Upgrade your gun, but not the last upgrade, it's too expensive and there is no need for that.
Upgrade your shotgun, also you don't need the last one.
Upgrade your Assault Riffe, upgrade the whole tree if you have credits.
Keep up to 2-3k credits for Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 - crafting assault riffle ammo will make these chapters much easier. The rest you can spend on upgrades
Step 2 - Beat the game on Maximum Security difficulty if you didn't for your first playthrough
You can follow the topic for this and collectibles under this trophy guide. Or you can use exploit I explained above. Tips and details for Maximum Security difficulty will be noted in the corresponding topic.
PS4/PS5 Autopop trophies
Not possible! You can transfer your save, but no auto-pop trophies will happen. You will need to finish both version all over again.

Collect all other trophies to unlock Platinum.
The game has 3 difficulties. By finishing the game on Maximum Security (which is Hard, currently the third and final difficulty) you also unlock the below difficulty trophies.
For this trophy you need to fully upgrade one weapon, meaning that you have to unlock all upgrades on the workbench. I advise you to collect enough credits, make a save, upgrade, and load the save after the trophy unlocks. That way you will save credits for upgrades you need. You can fully upgrade around 3 weapons through the game if you really collect and loot as you progress.
Since there is no NG+, you can't continue with this after you beat the game, so make sure that you do it in one playthrough. Details and showcase of this trophy can be found under next topic:

The game has 3 difficulties. By finishing the game on Maximum Security (which is Hard, currently the third and final difficulty) you also unlock the below difficulty trophies. There is an exploit for beating the game on the highest difficulty if you prefer so, it's all explained under the next topic:
The Callisto Protocol - All Collectibles on Maximum Security difficulty
There are 43 data logs in the game. You need only 42 - it seems like you need to unlock at least an entry in the inventory, not all parts of a single entry. But, for your sake, collect everything as you progress. You need to collect everything in a single playthrough because there is no NG+ at this point.
All collectibles and tips about glitched ones is noted under the next topic (explanation about glitched ones is also explained in the trophy roadmap):

You need to collect logs on Chapter 3 and Chapter 6 from secret rooms. This unlocks the trophy.
18:50 - Secret Room #01, Data-Bios #7 Duncan Cole (Secret Room 1). You need to collect 2 logs inside 2 secret rooms for The Commonality trophy
45:10 - Data-Bios #31 Yannick Sage (Secret Room 2) - The Commonality trophy. If you found Secret room on Chapter 3, you will unlock the trophy
GRP Glove is unlocked during Chapter 3. For all combat trophies you can find a good farming spot and restart checkopint until you unlock the trophy. Kills for trophies stack up, so you just have to repeat the process. Groups of enemies on chapter 3 with full GRP bar is where you want to do them:
32:45 - Trophies Checkpoint (This is a good place to get Get a Grip, Chew ‘Em Up, In Striking Distance & Workplace Hazard. Restart until you unlock them)
32:58 - Get a Grip trophy (grip 25 enemies with your GRP glove)
33:10 - Workplace Hazard trophy (Use GRP to kill an enemy by throwing them into an environmental hazard)
33:30 - Chew ‘Em Up trophy (Kill ten enemies with environmental hazards)
35:10 - In Striking Distance trophy (weaken enemy, toss it into a wall, and finish with your next melee attack. You might want to find a better location where there are less enemies)
Chapter 3, at the end, really hard to miss as you have to kill one to proceed. Shoot the robot in the head until he is dead. If you need more details about it, check under the next topic:

This fight will be part of the story, so no way you can avoid it. For more details and strategy how to beat these enemies, check under the next topic:

When you get a gun blueprint during story, you will have to craft in on the workstation for story purposes, making this unmissable.
Spend credits for a single upgrade to unlock the trophy. Since you need to upgrade your melee on Master Difficulty and it's advisable to upgrade it, you will unlock this naturally. It's really hard to miss this one, almost impossible.
You need 5 stealh kills on blind enemies. You can combine through Chapter 6 with the blind enemies there - there are more than 100 of them, so it's really hard to miss this trophy. You can find this and all other combat trophies in the next topic:

Open your menu, enter Photo mode and do a Photo using attack button (or some other, console-specific button). Easy one.
DO NOT hold left analogue to dodge; tilt it when an enemy is about to hit. If it slows time, you made one perfect dodge. Repeat chapter 2 where you fight only 1 enemy until you get it out of the way, or any other location where you see fit to get this one. It's a bit clunky, so keep trying.
8:35 - Flesh Wound Trophy
10:10 - Float Like A Butterfly trophy 5 perfect dodges
