Code Vein - Endings Guide

There are 4 endings. You need to see all 4 for the trophy that require all endings to be seen.

Dweller in the Dark (good ending)

For this ending you will restore all 4 successors plus all 7 of Ios (Eos) Vestiges. Before beating the boss in next 4 areas (check list bellow), you need to collect all Vestige Parts in that area and you must restore them by talking to clone of Io which appears at the entrance of each of bellow areas. Those clones restores only related vestiges and restoring those will grant you the option to restore a person after successor fight.
Before final area and beating final bosses (inside Provisional Government Center, before the elevator to Gaol of the Stagnant Blood), you must talk to Io clone and restore Eos Vestiges you found in that dungeon. List of successors and location:
Boss in Cathedral of the Sacred Blood (Successor of the Ribcage)
Boss in Ridge of the Frozen Souls (Successor of the Breath)
Boss in City of Falling Flame (Successor of the Claw)
Boss in Crown of Sand (Successor of the Throat)

Heirs (bad ending)

Total opposite of good ending; do not heal any of 4 successors (so, do not restore Vestiges at Io or Io Clones in each of dungeons where successors are). To be sure, do not even collect them. That will not give you option to restore a person after corresponing successor fight. Io and her Vestiges does not matter in this case.

To Eternity (neutral ending)

Do not restore all 4 successors, but at least restore 1. You can also restore max 3 out of 4 based on some confirmations. Restoring Eos Vestiges (Ios Vestiges) does not matter.

Secret Ending

Restore all 4 successors, but do not restore Io (Eos Vestiges). To be safe, do not even pick up Eos Vestiges.

Best and fastest way to get all 4 endings in 3 playthroughs

1. Playthrough - get Dweller in the Dark ending (but do not restore Eos vestiges) until you beat the game.
After game saves and you load, pick up all Eos Vestiges, restore them all, beat the final boss again. Now you can start new playthrough.
2. Get To Eternity ending (Restore 1 up to 3 max out of 4 successors)
3. Playthrough - get Heir ending (do not restore any successor)

Of course, you can mix up steps however you want.
