Automatic story unlock after beating all bosses in Inkwell Isle IV:

• Moonshine Mob in Bootlegger Boogie
• Glumstone The Giant in Gnome Way Out
• Mortimer Freeze in Snow Cult Scuffle
• The Howling Aces in Doggone Dogfight
• Esther Winchester in High-Noon Hoopla
• Chef Saltbaker in A Dish To Die For

You need to earn at least Rank A- on all 6 boss stages on Inkwell Isle IV.

To get higher ranks, you need to:

• Defeat a boss fast. Every boss has it's own timer. If you get the yellow time at the end after defeating the boss, it means you succeeded
• Defeat a boss while havint at least 3 HP. You don't need this, for rank A it's enough to get the best from the other categories
• Defeat a boss while parrying 3 times. With Ms. Chalice you press the triangle to bump into purple objects during fights. Parry 3 times during a boss fight to get max Rank reward for this category
• Defeat a boss while filling all 6 specials cards for special at the bottom of the screen. Just keep shooting until you fill all 6 - then use the circle to use the special attack
• Style points go up to 2 stars. Use specials after filling them, be stylish during fights

On HP bonus 2/3 and being slow while having max points for other categories, you can still get Rank A-.

Simply equip Astral Cookie in your Charm slot to play as Ms. Chalice during boss stages. As her, defeat a single boss stage to earn the trophy.

Defeat 10 DIFFERENT bosses (defeating the same one multiple times doesn't count) while playing as Ms. Chalice. To play as her, equip Astral Cookie in the Charm slot and start a boss stage. This can be done at any difficulty.

This can be a bit tricky. I did this on Island IV on stage "Glumstone The Giant in Gnome Way Out" on Simple difficulty. Set Super Art III in the Super Art Equip slot and during stage 2 (which is the final stage on Simple difficulty) use the special while it's fully charged at the right time. Try to approximately guess when the boss is near its and and just press circle to unleash the fully charaged Super Art III so it finished the boss.

On Inkwell Isle IV you can buy 3 new weapons from Porkgrind's Shop stand:

• Crackshot for 4 Coins
• Converge for 4 Coins
• Twist-up for 4 Coins

Play any boss stage and defeat the boss using any of these weapons. It can be on any difficulty.

On Inkwell Island IV after defeating a boss stage you will unlock a challenge inside the The King's Leap. You can climb the ladders next to the boss stage to enter the Leap and take the challenge. There are 5 + the final challenge (which are all challenges in a sequence):

• Pawns
• The Knight
• The Bishop
• The Rook
• The Queen
• The Gaunglet (unlocked after beating all other challanges first)

Checkmate is unlocked after you beat each of the champions from the above list independently. You can only parry during the challenges, which makes this a bit tricky, but actually easy as Ms. Chalice parries on Dash, which is for me easier than jumping for the second time as other characters.

On Inkwell Island IV after defeating a boss stage you will unlock a challenge inside the The King's Leap. Defeat all challenges and you will unlock "The Gaunglet" when you talk to king afterwards.

Endure is unlocked after you beat all challenges without dying in between, so choose The Gaunglet and try to beat all challenges without dying.

The last boss stage "Chef Saltbaker in A Dish To Die For" is unlocked after beating the other 5 stages and entering the Bakery building on the island. Beat this stage to unlock this trophy.

To get the rank S you need to beat all 6 stages in the DLC island first. This will unlock the Expert mode for all boss stages.

Pick up the one you find to be the easiest and try to survive without getting hit or with 3 HP remaining, while parrying 3 times and filling the full special meter (plus using the special). You can only miss 1 category for rank reward and you should unlock Rank S.

I recomment Simple mode on any stage that you find to be the easiest. 

Do not kill any minion that the boss spawns to unlock this trophy.

Equip the Twin Heart charm for +2HP, spin your character 3 times in circles to get +3HP from Djimmi. Now head to King Dice from the main game on the Island Hell.

Restart the stage until you see a Heart on Spot 3. Stop on 2, it is the easiest boss to beat without getting hit. While fighting you should have 9HP, make sure to not get hit. After the fight, hit the dice so it stops on 1 to land on Spot 3 to get the extra heart and unlock the trophy.

Pretty misleading description of the trophy if you ask me.

Buy Broken Relic from the Porkgrind's Shop on Inkwell Isle IV and equip it. Talk to 3 Npcs next to the shop to find out the order of the tombstones. Go a bit down to reach the graveyard and interract with the tombstones in order that NPCs talked about.

If the one on the first place talks about Upper right, that is the first tombstone, and so on.

This will unlock a secret boss fight, which you need to pass to unlock the trophy.

After unlock the A Horrible Night To Have a Curse Trophy you will get the Cursed Relic as a reward. You need to equip this relic and beat 8 DIFFERENT boss stages on Regular mode, or less on Export, or more in Simple to unlock the Divine Relic. The icon on the charm changes every 2 fights. I did all stages on Inkwell Isle I and the remaining on Inwell Isle II - have in mind that you get extra hearts while wearing this charm when you parry. The higher the phase of its transformation is, the faster you get the extra hearts.
