You can get the first 3 Coins by talking to the NPC just next to the Bakery and Tutorial stand:

1 coin can be won by playing the Recipe for Ms. Chalice tutorial which you can enter by interracting with the stand just left of the Bakery:

To get it, jump, fash, jump, dash.

Find 1 coin behind the Bakery. To get there go behing the Porkgrind's Shop stand and just go left until you reach the back of the Bakery building.
