Remnant II - Yaesha Collectibles

Note: Optional areas in some world are random! It means if you get Losomn as your first world where you start, it doesn't mean that a main story fraction or sidequest will appear for you the same as for other players. You can play adventure mode (via the Ward 13 crystal) without resetting the campaign progress, but you can only get areas to spawn as you progress, you can't really do the quests, for that you need to get the events and locations you need. For getting items you can use Adventure mode to get rings or other purple pickups to spawn.

Corruptor Main Story fraction path

If the first dungeon you get in Yaesha is The Red Throne, Corruptor will be your world boss. This also means that you will probably get different open areas in this path. Usually The Eternal Empress will be inside The Red Throne, and by this you will know that this is the main story path.

There are couple of outcomes when speaking with Empress - you can start with makin her your enemy. Die and you will wake up in secret prison area - climb up and pick the Royal Broadsword from the table. Note that this outcome blocks you from getting different rewards along the way and later (for example, Ornate box that I've covered in my The Widow's Court video, links in description), and some rings later when you deal with the boss. The best way is to reroll Yaesha and not be a bad boy when talking with the empress.

No matter the main story path - you will find the bird on your way. You can’t get pass the bird at start, we will return here after we kill the world boss. Don't forget to find some Koara Pellet below her, you can climb the structure in the middle. When you return to the bird after Corruptor, you can find Kuri Kuri Charm behing the bird.

You can meet The Flautist along the way - he actually appears in both fractions of the main story, and in this one he will not give you any rewards after world boss events. Still, he is a cool dude, speak with him.
Also, in this and the other storypath you can find Root Nexus tree boss, by killing it you get Blood Bound trait, and Hallowed Egg amulet. Next to the Root Nexus is usually Bloodmoon Altar where you can get item for the Summoner Archetype. For details on how to farm Red Moon Essence you can check my Cathedral of Omen video.

For the world boss Corruptor, there are 2 ways to kill it. One is by downing the stone guardian side-boss at least once - that will be the regular kill, and it's the easier of two. The alternate way is NOT to down the stone guardian, but you can still kill his arms, just not him, and you need to kill Corruptor that way.

If you visit The Eternal Empress after killing Corruptor, and when you don't give her the Ornate box - you need to answer politely to get Seal of the Empress Ring, which you can then equip to reveal a secret floor doors in the first room to the left inside of this location.

Ravager Main Story fraction path

If the first dungeon you get in Yaesha is The Forbidden Grove, and you find Bedel of the Vaunnt there, Ravager will be your world boss. There are a lot of optional outcomes in this route, starting with Bedel who you meet in The Forbidden Grove. You can buy some rings and an amulet from him, but there is also a catch - if you give you only sarcasting answers now, when you defeat Ravager later while reviving the Doe and return back - he will give you Frivolous Band. He can give you 2 more items depending of the outcome of Ravager fight.

I will show you couple of random rings along this main story path, and pinpoint what is the most interesting to get. For sure that is Meidra and what answers you give to her. If you answer only positive, she will reward you with Barkskin trait and Equal Measures trophy, if you give the opposite, Bloodstream trait is yours. You can find all answers on my website.

During this route there is a chance for The Laemir NPC to spawn in Forgotten Field. He can probably also spawn elsewhere, but I got him here. You will have to battle Root Nexus around him, which also spawns Defiler Elite. By surviving and by talking to him, plus exhausting all options, you will get Reinvigorate Mutator, Rugged Trait, and Laemir Censer amulet.

Later on, just before the boss fight, when you unlock the harp mechanism, you'll be able to play a song. There are 2 that you can play, one that unlocks Ravager boss fight, and the other unlocks Carnage in C-Minor trophy, plus if you talk to The Flautist you can get Scroll of Binding (craft Song of Eafir Weapon Mod).

Ravager world boss has 4 outcomes:

  •  Kill the Doe to get Only Human trophy for killing a boss without taking a hit, and Ravager's Mark Amulet
  •  Revive the Doe to get Doe’s Antler material (craft Red Doe Staff melee weapon)
  •  Shoot Ravager and let him consume Doe when you deplete half of his healh; be careful not to shoot Doe. You will get Crimson Membrane that crafts Merciless, a Long Gun
  •  Shoot Ravager and do NOT him consume Doe when you deplete half of his healh; shoot Doe after shooting Ravager to prevent this. You will get Ravager's Maw that crafts Feral Judgement melee weapon

Dungeons

Cathedral of Omen

Cathedral of Omens is a dungeon in Yaesha world. The appearance of dungeons is random, so have that in mind, maybe in your world this dungeon doesn't appear.
There are 3 puzzles which you need to solve, plus 1 extra room that gets opened only if you have Blood Moon Essence in your inventory. You can get these by defeating Root Wisps (purple spirit enemies) in The Far Woods during the Blood Moon - it seems like the Blood Moon triggers every 40-60mins when you travel in between doors or teleport to Ward and back to The Far Woods. When you see the environment is red, it's the time to hunt the spirits. Simply dying will reset them, making the farming easy while the Red Moon is active.

For the puzzles in the dungeon, there are complicated, but luckly you can just follow my patterns in the video to unlock all 3 rooms and get all of the rewards. One of the rooms has a secret room, which gets unlocked when you enter while having Blood Moon Essence in your inventory. This unlocks a trophy.

0:00 - Blood Moon Essence farming
1:30 - Cathedral of Omens Puzzle #1 (Faith Seed Material)
3:24
- Cathedral of Omens Puzzle #2 (Ring of Omens Ring & Red Room trophy)
4:40 - Red Room trophy
5:30 - Cathedral of Omens Puzzle #3 (Saggitarius Bow weapon)

Imperial Gardens

Imperial Gardens is a big dungeon. In my 5 rerolls the layout was almost exactly the same - apart from the big tower with the elevator that was absent in 1 reroll. I never got the layout with 2 Elite bosses, so that will not be covered here - I had that for couple of times in The Nameless Nest, so have that in mind.

You can find Blooming Heart Relic at the end, and there is a neat secret with Elite monster. You can see Mantagora flying in the sky, and guess what, you can kill it. Lastly, there is an amulet hidden next to the beginning, but the Blood Moon needs to be active for the floor doors to open.

0:00 - Scavenger's Bauble Amulet
0:14 - Secret: Blooming Heart Relic
2:25 - Edge of the Forest melee weapon
3:00 - Secret: Crossbow long weapon (combination is always the same)
3:40 - Mantagora Elite: Momentum Mutator
7:40 - Slayer's Crest ring
8:25 - Secret: Full Moon Circlet (Blood Moon needs to be active)

Kaeula's Rest

Kaeula's Rest is one of the main story path dungeons when you get Corruptor storyline in Yaesha. The layout seems to be the same every time, so you can find couple of rings and some quest items. When you grab the last ring it's time to fight the boss, and if you wnat Sorrow handgun you can bring that ring to Meidra to get the handgun. Not much else to say.

0:00 - Soul Link ring
0:23 - Temple key quest item
0:41 - Tear of Kaeula ring
1:03 - Kaeula's Shadow boss showcase
1:38 - Kaeula's Shadow boss: Twilight Dactylus material (craft Rootlash weapon mod)
3:30 - Sorrow handgun (bring Tear of Kaeula to Meidra)

The Chimney

This location shares secrets with couple locations like The Nameless Nest, The Twisted Chantry, and The Lament. It means that these secrets can spawn there, or even elsewhere, but these proved to be the most common.

You can find the empty coffin secret here, as well as the ones I covered in my Twisted Chantry section, just under it if you need examples and details.

The last part of the dungeon is the event with crystal spiral elevator where you have to go down as the crystal goes down. Do not go too fast or too slow - the electricity will kill you. When you finish the event you can redo the dungeon and pick up if you missed something on the way, like for example Downward Spiral Amulet.

0:00 - Ring of Forest Spirit (Random)
0:23
- Secret: Berserker's Crest ring & Elite: Rot - Extender Mutator
3:10 - Crystal Elevator Event: Heart Seed material (craft Soulbinder weapon mod)
9:00 - Secret: Downward Spiral Amulet

The Expanding Glade

The Expanding Glade is one of the basic locations in Yaesha. Usually it shares some secrets with Forgotten Field and The Nameless Nest, so I want to show you what can you find here. The Blooming Heart Relic was not here for me, but it can also spawn. For me it appeared in Imperial Gardens, just so you know. Most of the exploring and jumping you will do for the Talisman of the Sun, the rest is a bit random, but along the road.

0:00 - Talisman of the Sun amulet
0:55 - Wax Sealed Ring (Random)
1:43 - Secret: Unlocking shorctut and chest loot
2:30 - Shrewd boss Showcase
2:48 - Shrewd boss: Soul Silver material (Rotted Arrow weapon mod)

The Lament

The Lament is a dungeon in Yaesha world. The appearance of dungeons is random, so have that in mind, maybe in your world this dungeon doesn't appear. If it does, first you need to get pass some traps which is easy, and then make your way towards the coffins and the top, from where you can unlock the shortcut towards the lower floor.

For the first puzzle you need to inspect the book on the floor near the bottom floor with the coffins and memorize 4 symbols that are above heads from corpses that are covered with a blanked having a symbol you found in the book. Then you need to go up and set the 4 symbols in any order but in straight line 12 o clock. In here you can find a boss in the coffin, which you need to defeat to get a quest item needed later to open the doors. The rest is easy, jumping puzzle can be solved easier, but I just jumped across.

0:00 - The Lament Coffin and Rotating Device Puzzle - Coffins
0:45

The Nameless Nest

The Nameless Nest is also one of the common areas of Yaesha, and the same secrets you can find in Forgotten Fields, The Widow's Court, Imperial Gardens, or The Expanding Glade. I will show you what can spawn here, so you can look for that in the mentioned areas, or in this one if this spawns for you. There are 2 elites I've found, and not much else. The boss is a bit tricky, be careful to move across platforms when he is about to smash them.

0:00 - Elites: The Weald Stalker & The Gnarled Archer (Bandit Mutator), Hardened Coil ring
1:55
- Vengeance Idol amulet (random)
2:15 - Mother Mind Showcase

The Twisted Chantry

This location shares secrets with couple other locations like The Nameless Nest, The Chimney, and The Lament. It means that these secrets can spawn there, or even elsewhere, but these proved to be the most common.

The boss is a bit tricky, and the rest is more or less straightforward. This dungeon usually comes as a main story progress dungeon, so you are bound to get it on your journey.

0:00 - Vestige of Power ring (Random)
0:10 - Vengeance Idol amulet (Random)
0:37 - Secret: Lithic Signet ring
2:27 - Secret: Tomb Dweller's Ring & Necklace of Flowing Life Amulet
5:00 - Legion boss showcase

The Widow's Court

This will usually be your main story path dungeon. There are 2 key quest items to be found (Ornate and Tarnished keys), a secret behing an underground wall, and some rings.
Behing the illusionary wall there will be Ornate Lockbox. If you don't open the box and give it to the empress you will get the Red Doe Sigil Amulet, if you open with Ornate Key after inspecting it, she will rewards you with Burden of the Rebel ring. There is a third solution for this box - just open the box and plant the Thaen Seed in Ward 13. That will grow with time and you will be able to harvest it after a day has passed. If you wait for the third stage of the seed maturity, there is a chance that the Ripened Heart relic grows out of the tree.

Note that if you fight the guards when you talk to the Empress, you won't be able to give her the box.

0:00 - Ornate Key quest item
0:23 - Tarnished Key quest item
1:15 - Matriarh's Insignia Amulet
2:15 - Simulacrum (Random)
