Tormented Souls - Collectibles Guide

This guide will help you find all diaries that are related to trophies and all miscelaneous trophies chronologically. You can use this guide if you don't want to spoil the story and just focus on collecting everything you need to. You will also find location of all weapons and first aid kits.

Make sure to keep a save before the point of no return, which means after filling the Gas carnister with gas in the Bunker area, just before you use it to drain the water.

0:01 - William’s Diary 03 (Private Bathroom) - Open the locker in the room where you begin the game
0:27 - Death Trophy - As you as you exit the Private Bathroom, stand in the dark until you die. Do not forget to pick up the diary again, as you will lose progress
0:57 - Registry trophy - Save using the tape on the recording machine
2:18 - Maria’s Diary A (East Wing Corridor) - Next to the door to the Pharmacy in East Wing F1
3:45 - Maria’s Diary B (X-Ray Room) - Room in the Basement where you meet the priest
3:06 - William’s Diary 01 (Dentist Room) - In the Dentist Room in East Wing F1

11:41 - William’s Diary 02 (Boiler Room) - Boiler Room reached from the Service Area in West Wing F1, check the crate upstairs
12:32 - William’s Diary 06 (Experiment Room) - Found in the Experiment Room in the Basement, through the hidden door in the Morgue. Downstairs on a tray
13:15 - Bertram’s Diary 04 (Experiment Room in the Past) - Check the table after you reach this room in the past
14:58 - Anna’s Diary 04 (Experiment Room) - Check inside the cell in Experiment Room, but after opening it in the past

19:11 - First aid kit #05, Relief Trophy (Shower Room) - Shower Room in West Wing Corridor 2F, enter from the previous room
19:34 - Maria’s Diary E (Bedroom) - Found in the mentioned room in East Wing F2, table near the bed

27:10 - Anna’s Diary 06 & 07 (Sewers) - The same room as previous diary, just downstairs on some barrels & across some bridges on some barrels (close to where you lover the water here)
28:05 - Anna’s Diary 08 (Sewer Storage Room) - Check the table next to the save point
28:35 - Anna’s Diary 01, Suffering Trophy (Children’s Bedroom) - When you traverse back upstairs in East Wing F2, check the shelves in the hidden room
29:18 - William’s Diary 07, Dedication Trophy (East Wing Corridor in the Past) - After using the VHS Tape (Dentist) to return to the past, check the far crate in the corridor
30:01 - Bertram’s Diary 08 (Vault) - Check the tray just before the door to the Bunker (when you use the eyes to open the sewer doors)
