Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion - Fan Club Locations and tips

There 5 Fan Club Locations during the game. Finding and joining all Fan Clubs unlocks the Fan Club Aficionado trophy. You must also unite all Fan Clubs for the Fan Club Savior trophy. 

The Fan Clubs are all in the main hub area (Midgar) where you start each chapter, but before embarking on your mission. After you embark, there is nothing you can do to return back until the next chapter. All Fan Clubs are missable. After Chapter 7 there’s a Point of No Return, after that point you can’t return to the Midgar (the hub area) anymore.

Fan Club Locations

• Fan Club #1: Red Leather
  Chapter 2: Before you depart on the mission, return back outside to the Fountain Plaza outside of Shinra Building. Speak to Genesis Fan in Sector 8 – Fountai; marked by yellow exclamation mark on map. It's one of the 3 persons left of the fountain, it's really hard to miss. It will also trigger the mail.
• Fan Club #2: Keepers of Honor
  Chapter 2: Still in the Fountain Plaza before departing to the mission, speak to Angeal Fan in Sector 8 – Fountain. She’s standing next to Genesis Fan., and it's also marked by yellow exclamation mark on map. It will also trigger the mail.
• Fan Club #3: LOVELESS Study Group
  Chapter 2: From the previous area (Fountain Plaza) go north to reach the LOVELESS Avenue area. Speak to Genesis Fan in Sector 8 – LOVELESS Avenue before departing on your mission, in the north alley (marked by yellow exclamation mark on map). It will also trigger the mail.
• Fan Club #4: The Silver Elite
  Chapter 5: Speak to the Sephiroth Fan in Sector 6 Slums – Park behind the yellow slide. You will have to provide 3 correct answers about Sephiroth, so answer with "Masamune", "Super Nova", and "His left hand". You will also get a mail when you do so.
• Fan Club #5: Zack Fan Club & Fan Club Aficionado trophy
  Chapter 6: Pre-requisite for Fan Club: Zack Fan Club [Highly missable]
  After unlocking the above trophy, do not go in the direction of your objective where Hollander went, instead, turn around and go back in the direction where you came from. You can exit on the side with a lift towards the "Upper Junon – Level 8" area. It's marked yellow on the map. At the top start a conversation with Cissnei, which will later let you join Zack’s fan club in Midgar in Chapter 7. Reaching the Prototype Guard Scorpion boss means you've missed this collectible.
  Chapter 7: If you spoke to Cissnei in Junon just after the section when the enemies are approaching you (the one where you have to take the elevator to ride up), you can speak to the Receptionist in Shinra Building Entrance to join Zacks Fan Club. Yey, your own personal fun club! This will also trigger a mail entry.

How to Unite All Fan Clubs for Fan Club Savior trophy

During Chapter 7: Speak with the Genesis Fan in Sector 8 – Fountain, the one right from the fontain near the fence. Suggest merging with a richer club when prompted an answer. Head into LOVELESS Avenue and speak with the Genesis Fan in the norther alley. Make your way back to the first Genesis Fan at the Fountain and talk to her again.

Now, look next to Genesis Fan to see a boy running around. Speak to him and you will learn that he is looking for his mother. Go ti train station from this area, speak to the mother and select the option which starts with "A mother without honor...". Then return to the boy, talk to the mother and the trophy is yours.
