Blasphemous 2 - Sea of Ink Collectibles
Sea of Ink is overal a pretty short area that you will visit a bit later in the game. You can visit it early, but without proper abilities you can't really progress.
To reach Cherub in this area, buy Prayer from the merchant shop in Crown of Towers, it's to the left of the entrance to Basilica of Absent Faces. Only with that Prayer you can hit and release this little guy.
